The Institute of Transactional Philosophy is pleased to welcome back Alex Bould and Marika Meertens as the guest speakers for our 2025 Member Event Series: Moving Together with Conviction.
The Institute showcases thinkers who demonstrate the power of transactional approaches across many disciplines.
Alex is well-known to many for digging deep into the worlds of Alfred North Whitehead’s process philosophy, Michel Foucault’s discourse analysis, and John Searle’s language and social philosophy.
Marika leads change, builds unstoppable teams, and moves groups together as one towards a shared future, translating complex philosophical thought into valuable, coordinated and shared narratives to a variety of audiences.
This year, join us as Alex and Marika pick up where they left off in 2024 and continue to lead us in an examination of ourselves as individuals, groups, and societies. We’ll peel back layers of terminology and reflect upon thematic topics introduced in other Institute programs.
